Owner Renames Company to Better Reflect Company Capabilities
ProGrowth Insurance Agency began operating as Alloy Insurance on April 1st—which is no April Fool’s joke, and also no accident. Allan Karki, longstanding owner of the independent insurance agency that offers personal, commercial and ag insurance coverage by sourcing from multiple insurance companies has purposefully changed the name of his business—but not his ownership, staff, or offerings.
“For many years, I’ve wanted a company name that reflects the strength and advantage of our local insurance agency,” said Karki. “I finally found the right fit with Alloy, which illustrates how we personalize coverage from multiple sources to find both cost savings and quality protection for our customers.”
Indeed, the definition of an alloy is a substance created by blending two or more metallic elements in order to produce strength. A perfect example is steel.
From this name change, current and potential customers won’t experience any change beyond contact information, including a new website at AlloyInsured.com and new emails associated with the new domain. Ownership, staff members, phone numbers, and service offerings will remain the same at both the Sartell and Gaylord offices.
“This change is purely positive,” said Karki, who bought ProGrowth Insurance about 15 years ago from ProGrowth Bank in Gaylord, where the two businesses shared a building. “With our Gaylord office recently moving to its own building—which is literally right across the street—it felt like a natural time to make the name change we had been thinking about internally for quite some time.”
More information can be found online at AlloyInsured.com. Alloy Insurance will continue to operate in Sartell and Gaylord, providing free quotes for home, life, auto, business, farm/ag, and recreational insurance coverage.
